History of harassment by Robert Dent.
May 2014. Robert Dent continues to make harassing, demanding phone calls. Calls are being recorded.
Robert Dent of 5 Ambleside Avenue, Roath, Cardiff, CF2235PX and father-in-law to James Parbery, has been frequently making harassing and demanding phone calls in the morning and at night on and off since 2010. Complaints were previously made in March 2010 to the police about Mr Dent’s actions.
Mr Dent spent 6 months in New Zealand in 2013 continually harassing us at our homes and our business by phone and turning up at our place of work.
Mr Dent has been making threats that he will get a lawyer and a private investigator onto us, but all he ever does is talk because it is clearly obvious that we have done nothing wrong.
Robert Dent is making false claims that we have taken land and sold it without his knowledge. We totally deny any claims made by Mr Dent and if he had the proof, he would have already filed a court case against us.
It takes no more than 15 minutes to go to the New Zealand land registry and get a land registration document. The document is displayed on this page.
The document above shows that I resigned from the James and Julian Parbery Trust on July 2009 and the property was then transferred to a trust controlled by James Kirtland Parbery and Independent Trustees (Canterbury) Limited. This property was then sold by James Parbery on 15/1/2010.
Below is part of a conversation from Skype between James Parbery and his younger brother in the UK. The message clearly states that he sold the land.

No trust money belonging to James’ children paid by Robert Dent was ever placed into Heat Exchanger Services or any company by Julian Parbery or Mark Sweney.
We will be taking legal action against Robert Dent the next time he returns to New Zealand.
In our continuing quest for justice, we will be adding voice messages from both Robert Dent and James and Jannine Parbery showing the harassments and threats made by them, when as a shareholder I found many financial decisions being made solely by James Parbery to his own financial benefit and to the detriment of myself and the company.
As a shareholder, I had a right to request and audit and James Parbery responded by hiring an accountant and barrister and making a whole raft of false claims against me. All of these false claims were investigated at a meeting of lawyers and the official assignee, who had been placed in control of our company after a High Court judge suspended James because of his actions in trying to take sole control of the family business. The meeting took place in the government employment offices in Christchurch and my wife and I were cleared of James’ false claims.
