Jimmy Parbery was made redundant from Heat Exchanger Services Ltd in October 2010.
He no longer has anything to do with Heat Exchanger Services Ltd.
Heat Exchanger Services has not closed.
As part of Jimmy’s lies are claims he was unaware of what happened in the past. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The current situation started when Jimmy couldn’t face his wife (Jannine) and tell the truth about using their house as shared security for a low risk loan for the previous Heat Exchanger Services business, so he lied to her and to her father (his father in law).
In 2008 and 2009 he was paying himself so much in unauthorised wages, he could have paid the loan off in 2 years by himself !
After finding out about Jimmy using their house as shared security for the loan, Jannine “lost the plot” and badgered
the previous Heat Exchanger Services business lawyer despite being told that what Jimmy told her was wrong and that the bank did not allow the paper work to be finalised and signed the way Jimmy claimed.
But she believed Jimmy’s lies (he is a very convincing liar) and they started their campaign to deceive and deprive Julian and take control of the business and premises.
