Liquidator completes liquidation and pays in Julian’s favour. Jimmy loses.

Finally after nearly 8 years, Jimmy’s attempts, to take control, deprive Julian of income and ownership, and deny and obstruct access to wages owed and the proceeds of Julian’s 50% share in the business and premises, have failed.
